Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance so that there is enough time to reschedule pod bookings. Bookings not cancelled within the 24 hour policy period may not be entitled to a refund and may be liable for the full cost of the pod booking.
- Medical Disclaimer
All floaters are required to sign a medical disclaimer form in person before their float commences.
- Visual Recording & Photo Policy
Photos and visual recordings of the pods and areas of the Soul Pods studio are permitted. Soul Pods takes no responsibility for phones, cameras or other recording devices that are dropped or damaged. We strongly recommend that you do not take phones, cameras or other recording devices into the pods due to the higher risk of devices being damaged.
- Late Appointments
In the event of a late arrival for an appointment, please be advised that the float time will have to be shortened with no entitlement to any kind of refund, partial refund or roll over of time of any kind,
Memberships must be paid in full before bookings can be taken. Annual 12 month memberships must be used within 14 months of the membership being taken, otherwise floats not used will be forfeited with no entitlement for a refund or carry over. Memberships may not be transferred into other names unless prior arrangements with management have been made.
- Online Booking & Payments
All bookings will receive a confirmation email of the booking and payment made online by Soul Pods. If you have not received an email, your booking/or payment may not have been confirmed. Please contact us if you have any questions about your booking or payment.
- Payment Policy
Payments are accepted online via credit or debit card when booking your appointment. Unfortunately Soul Pods does not accept bank transfers or payment on the day of the appointment in studio. Gift vouchers are available for purchase online and at Soul Pods. All appointments must be made in full before floating.
- Terms and Conditions
Soul Pods reserves the right to update and make amendments to the terms and conditions at anytime without prior notification.
